Love this washer.
I have been using this washer for almost two weeks and it works great. I am so happy that I chose this one. I love that the machine decides how much water is required for each load so it saves on water. I also love the extra large capacity.

Not working...no one can fix. Disappointing.
Can't get enough water to clean clothes. Every load has to be deep water wash and it still doesn't rinse lint out. And that's with less than the Tide liquid soap directions.

Started Making Awful sounds after 10 washes
I bought this machine thinking Maytag was a good brand and I spent good money it. Big mistake. After bout a dozen washes there was a high pitch squeal. Someone came out to look at it and said they needed to repair some big piece underneath. I said fine. They came back two weeks later and were banging on the machine because the bolt in the washer plate would not come out. I said stop the work and I will call Maytag. I do not want to be stuck with a " new" machine that has been beat up. After talking to Maytag I am basically told too bad, I have to accept the repair. So now I have someone coming to my house to drill and tap a bolt inside a brand new machine. I could not regret this purchase more!
