Money-Back Performance Guarantees


Claims for all guarantees, excluding the FIT System Limited Guarantee, can be easily submitted by following these steps:


  1. Within 30 days of the delivery of a qualifying appliance, complete the claim form and call 1-800-807-6777 to start the process. For AquaLift® Self-Cleaning Technology Limited Guarantee claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  2. Mail the completed claim form along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. The owner will be contacted upon receipt by Whirlpool Canada to arrange for pick up.

    1. Disconnect your appliance so that it’s ready for pick up. 

  3. Call Whirlpool Canada after the unit has been picked up.

  4. The owner will receive payment in the form of a cheque 4-6 weeks after pickup.
