Rated 5 out of 5 by PatCr from Washes very well I bought this washer about a month ago, and I'm very happy with it. It took some time to adjust the amount of soap, cycles, etc., but it was worth the effort because it does a great job washing and doesn't damage our clothing. It is also quieter than I expected. The only thing that surprised me is that there is no way to add fabric softener to it. There are cycles specifically for its use, but there is no straightforward way of using it. I simply switched to using dryer sheets when needed.

My previous washer was a Frigidaire front loading machine and I thought it was good, but comparing it to Maytag, it really wasn't very good. The Maytag machine has a much larger capacity and is incredibly quiet! I would definitely recommend Maytag to anyone that wants a reliable washing machine.

The washed has been excellent so far, as we have owned Maytag in the past and it has lasted over 17 years, we are hoping this product will be the same.
