I loved that dryer because it was a genuine top load machine, and was so easy to load and unload, without all the bending over to do so. However the hamper door on this dryer is the next best thing. At least you can unload it without items dropping onto the floor. I'm still getting used to the various settings, however so far I like the results. Laundry, especially towels and sheets, come out with far less wrinkles than before.

My last machine lasted me over 48 years. Since I’ve bought my current Maytag I find it’s easy to use and I so love the size of the drum, inside light, feature's and the look.
