Good brand. Good Service. Machines are reliable
We recently purchased a Maytag washer and dryer combo (model MHW8630HW and YMED8630HW) and are very pleased with this purchase. Both machines work very well. The design is beautiful and modern but very easy to use. The machine can save you energy. We recommend purchasing Maytag brand machines

We have a small laundry room but with 14 grandchildren and lots of visiting we needed large capacity machines in a little space, include what we mentioned previously and things are good.

Perfect!
I have had this dryer a month or so and absolutely love it. I really like the wi-fi feature that notifies me on my watch when the cycle is complete so I don’t have to run back and keep checking.

Works great
Works great. Dries quickly and evenly. Had it for a couple months now and very satisfied. I thought the Wi-Fi would be a gimmick but it’s actually really handy as I often forget to take the clothes out. It has a nice big capacity and anti wrinkle feature seems to work well. Anti static is good. Two criticisms: one is the sounds it makes; The starting beep is negative sounding, like you’ve done something wrong. Hard to tell if it’s started or not. The engineers should have made it more clear with a ding or a display of “start!” The other is the lint trap. My last dryer had a lint trap that was folded in half, so you pulled it out, opened it, and grabbed the lint. This one is straight and flat, and when you pull it out the spring loaded flap scrapes some of the lint off, which I’m worried will fall into the duct and clog causing a fire hazard.

Washer and dryer
I absolutely love my new washer and dryer!! The first thing I noticed with the washer was how clean and soft my cloths are ! Actually firstly was that my clothes felt so dry that I thought I hadn't started the cycle lol thats how well it spins to drain water from cloths . I like that I don't need to add laundry detergent every load and reminds when it's low and also senses the load size . The dryer works awesome! I love that it senses the moisture in cloths so when you start it and it says 1 plus hrs it doesn't scare me anymore thinking wow the electricity bill because even though it says 1hr it doesn't necessarily mean it will take that long !! And lastly The XL capacity is fantastic .

Very happy we switched
Purchased to replace another brand, which gave us nothing but issues. Both seem to operate quieter than the previous set, efficient with washing and drying times and as an added bonus, the clothes actually come out clean, who’d of thunk it....
No issues if you’re thinking of this set, capacity is great.

Everything you need and then some!
I had to replace my washer and decided to go with a matching dryer even though I didn’t need a new one. The decision was a great one! This dryer has performed beyond my expectations. In fact both washer and dryer are great and well worth the extra cost!
