VSX15 68364 Delivered 8.21.2020 after 5pm Loaded fridge 8.22 6.30pm Plugged in at: then .after 18 hrs. Fridge . condensation along tower . after 20 hrs. Freezer . bits of white powder along the vertical tower. I took 1.5 hrs. To remove shelves n crispers from fridge n freezer cause I don't want the 2 compartments to be opened for so long. Still condensation n powder came out. Also i 've to be careful with the glass n plastics. 8.25 Freezer. Left side. Iced up between wall n floor. Still as of 8.26 Ice on the freezer floor . on the troughs Fridge. Avocado in box frozen. On top shelf. Middle area. Eggs on bottom shelf. Frozen. Defects: All 4 door trays have scratches. Deli tray Chipped. N glass shelf Scratched Large crisper. Glue can't come out. Black marks in freezer. Can't remove. Obvious scratch on freezer shelf. Temp etc knobs flimsy. Dare not turn even avocados n eggs frozen. Adjustment in crisper humidity. Only 1mm to move. Effective? Gap between shelf n crisper too big. Could veg n fruits be fresh? When crisper pull out totally. I 've to remove shelf.cover before I can slide crisper back in. Color of s steel too dark. Not good for small kitchen. White would be better. My LG microwave is much lighter color. Shocked to see the last 15% of the fridges back is cardboard. Guess customers can't afford to pay that 15% metal. Don't know if there are problems at the back of fridge. Your live chat is unstable. Not working since 8.25. Pls don't ask me to call back to resolve issues. I can't wait for hours. I had bought the 30 Inch bottom freezer Maytag fridge but realized after we got it , it just wasn’t big enough so we put it in basement and ordered this one . I love my new fridge , it has so much room in it . It can be a little noisy once in a while but that doesn’t bother me . Love the see through shelves and drawers , definitely recommend buying this one .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Terry47 from Decent Fridge I bought this fridge several months ago and for the most part we are very pleased with it. The fit and finish are quite good. It runs quietly and keeps things cold. The only fault I have is the meat/cheese drawer and fruit/vegetable crispers are very flimsy. If there is any weight put in the meat drawer it falls off its track. We had a technician out but there is no adjusting that can fix it.
