At first I thought it seemed too big and more than I needed btu wise, but after a little time I became familiar with this range and I love its size and the top grates provide ample room for all the dishes I am learning to make. There are many new features, such as convection and air fryer options. Each one takes a little time to learn how to use. Baking and cooktop are easy to use and results very good. Compared to my old Maytag this one is brilliant. I am happy I kept to my Maytag line (never lets me down) and really appreciated the help from the Maytag dealer in Kelowna, BC. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Cons! I still can’t quite get the air fryer basket to do much.. this basket seems just oversized and drippy, hard to clean.. I had to purchase the trim kit to streamline countertop and these were not easy to install. But beyond these minor issues I give this range 5 stars. I had to purchase the trim kit

We are dealing with warranty services now to send us a technician so he can figure out why the igniter has stopped working. Paid over $3k for an oven that I cannot use, quite disappointing :-(

Not happy at all. Actually. Send me a Manual how to use this as so far it’s been a challenge using the overt. I am an experienced cook and this oven is not working to my expectations regretting having to replace my old. And also one burner won’t lite. Without a lot of work. 5 thumbs down!👎 I don’t want to have to google and watch videos of non specific stoves to find a non explanation for any way to use this thing. I want actual facts and how good. Spent a lot of money and it’s been awful so far.
